How medical tourism in India works, from first message to follow-up
The same six steps apply to every patient. Here is what happens at each one, who does it and what we need from you.
The journey
Enquiry
You tell us your diagnosis, the treatment you are considering and where you live. We reply with a list of records to send.
Records review
We send your records, with your consent, to a hospital specialist. The specialist replies with an opinion and, if treatment is suitable, a plan.
Estimate
We prepare a written estimate with the hospital's figures and our service fee shown separately. You can compare it with options at home.
Decision and booking
If you go ahead, we confirm the hospital, the surgeon and the dates. You pay the hospital deposit as the estimate describes.
Visa and travel
The hospital issues an invitation letter. You apply for the visa on the official government site. We help with flights and accommodation.
Treatment and recovery
We meet you on arrival, coordinate appointments, arrange an interpreter if needed and stay in touch with your family.
Discharge
We collect your records, scans and discharge summary and check that your medicines are clear.
Follow-up
We arrange check-ins by video after you return and help you share records with your doctor at home.
What we ask of you
- Send complete records, even if some seem old
- Tell us about every medicine and allergy
- Be honest about your health and any earlier treatment
- Share your travel dates early so that we can plan around them
- Tell us your budget so that we can plan realistically
What we do not do
We do not diagnose, prescribe or guarantee outcomes. We do not arrange treatments that are not legal in India. We do not collect payment for medical care on behalf of the hospital. Treatment is provided by the hospital and its doctors.
Send us your reports and get a written plan
Tell us about your case. We reply with next steps and a written estimate once a hospital has reviewed your records.
